The Pokemon's natures are more meant to align to their personality than be a way of defining stats. If you're wondering why the attacks are in two different rows, the first row are primary attacks and the second row are back-up attacks, which can be used in a pinch with slightly decreased effects.

Fun Facts
Marley's Araquanid was given to her as a Dewpider when she was only five years old by her father. It was a going away present before he traveled off Alola to attempt a gym challenge in another region to further his Pokemon training. She has not seen her father since.
Marley tried one island trial, the first trial of her island from Sophocles. Given her team being comprised heavily of water type Pokemon, Vikavolt was able to easily defeat her. She re-tried the challenge numerous times over, but was never able to pass it. Her peers often made fun of her for constantly failing the trial. These events lead her to strongly dislike Vikavolt and it's pre-evolutions.
Marley joined Team Skull when she was only thirteen years old. It was not her initial plan to join them, but after spending time in their company she had grown fond of the family-like bond they shared with each other and felt they treated her better than the people she had grown up with.
Marley's mother still lives in Malie City, but Marley has not spoken with her mother since she joined Team Skull. While she never directly told her mother that she joined Team Skull, her mother is aware that her child had joined the local gang.
Marley gets along well with most members of Team Skull, from grunts to the big bad Guzma himself. She is particularly fond of Plumeria, who adopted the big sister mentality towards her that she harbors with nearly every grunt in the team. She commonly travels in small groups, enjoying the company and backup that having companions brings.
Marley's favourite drink is Roserade Tea. This springs from her childhood where the drink was readily available in her hometown.
Marley, like many members of Team Skull, suffers from self-esteem issues, issues which she openly admits to having. Due to her negative outlook on life, she is prone to ignoring negative aspects of life in order to get through her life. She tends to act incredibly casual - sort of an ignorance is bliss mentality - in any given situation, leaning back, brushing people off, and dismissing many things told to her.
Marley doesn't actively seek a romantic relationship. She's open to one if it comes her way, but feels it's incredibly unlikely anyone would ever want to date a member of Team Skull.
Marley's Bruxish comes from a line of Sharpedos. As such, it is incredibly aggressive, savagely attacking things without permission and refusing to relent in battle. It can get to the point where it must be forcefully recalled or it will get itself or the enemy killed.
Marley's Heliolisk is the only Pokemon she is not the official trainer of. She stole an egg from a traveling trainer from another region and hatched the Pokemon on her own. She then raised the Helioptile herself and its trainer never found of where their egg ended up.
