I'mma copy paste the artists comments. But before I do, I must say I like how this came out. I was trying something new with the hair since I hate shading hair. I also went back to my classic white outlines.

I was sitting in art class and pre-art class with nothing to do. I was super bored and didn't want to listen to my ART teacher talk about math. So I got out a piece of paper and started drawing anatomy to a random person. I didn't know who it would be yet, though it did eventually end up a girl. I thought about what girls I could make it and originally considered Galaxia. Eventually, I decided I would instead draw Scia when she's 13 for my story I'm gonna write. (Yes, I have officially decided to write the story about her and her father in Unova) I will be finishing it and editing any errors either today or tomorrow, so keep an eye out for it. I really like how it came out considering I was rushed and being pestered. I shall re-write her info since it's not the same from six years ago.

Changes to her design:
*I gave her a lab coat since she has shown an increasing interest in being like her father. Every good scientist needs a lab coat.
*Her loose hair now goes upwards a trifle higher and goes a bit lower. I couldn't make it any longer without feeling unnatural.
*Her pants have an extra stripe on the bottom.
*Her scarf has instead been replaced by the large collar on her lab coat. This was done to make her look a little bit more like Ein.
*She no longer wears the bracelet forced upon her by Nascour since Cipher no longer exists.
*The gray on her shirt has been increasingly darkened as so not to clash with the stark white lab coat.
*Her shirt no longer has stripes on it.
*Instead of a shirt tucked into a belt, she is no longer wearing a belt and her now ripped shirt simple drapes over her pants.
*Her pants are longer, now going over her tall boots rather then being unable to reach them.
*Age has caused her to go with the way of the teenager. She has three piercings, but only on her left ear.
