I took my old Empoleon Template and colored it just because I could. I also used an excuse to draw more motionless water. Why does all my water stand perfectly still? No its not floating or riding on the water. It jumped and it has let to land yet.
It'll land and the water STILL won't move. I kinda did this because nobody has used my Empoleon Template and I wanted to see it colored. So I colored it. Jerks.

When I first saw this I thought it was photo manip cause it looked like Sugimori X'D Very nice c: do you have a link to the template cause I might use it now (it looks very well made ^-^)
